Returns, Replacements & Refund Policy

At Tripti Ki Rasoi, we take utmost care in preparing and packing our homemade pickles (achaar) and papad with the highest quality standards and hygiene.

Because these are perishable food products, we do not accept returns once the package has been opened.

 

Eligibility for Replacement or Refund

You may request a replacement or refund within 48 hours of delivery only if:

  • You received the wrong product, or
  • The product was damaged/leaked during transit, or
  • There is a genuine quality issue with the product

To request this, please email us at support@triptikirasoi.com with:

  • Your Order ID
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will investigate the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement or full refund.

 

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • If the product has been opened or consumed
  • If the request is made after 48 hours of delivery
  • If the product was stored improperly after delivery
  • Sale items and gift cards

 

Important Storage Note

Our pickles and papad are made using traditional methods without artificial preservatives. Proper storage as mentioned on the label is essential to maintain freshness and quality.

 

Refund Process

If your refund is approved:

  • The amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
  • In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund
